On time service

My saleman Ricky Hinken is your best on your staff. He was very accomodating to set up an time to discuss my purchase. He listened to what i wanted in a new vehicle and actually suggested a bit lesser expensive car for my needs and wants. He explained the whole process of purchase, pros and cons of trading my old vehicle in and then went to work providing the complete purchase price and financing options. I thought it would require another day to pickup my new car. It was handed to me in less than 6 hours ! Patrick in Finance was great! No over selling on extendec warranties, just solid information and very thourough on explaining financing options. He is probably the best financial person i have ever dealt with, very personable. Both Ricky and Patrick are a credit to your sales team. Keep them on your staff for a long time! Good people. Both emphasized, any questions, come back and see them.

Wayne Carpenter is a great service writer. A plus. Always informative throughout the process of my vehicles being serviced. Won’t buy another vehicle from there but service no problem as long as Wayne is there.

Had a great experience at Team One. They replaced my windshield which takes several hours. The body shop manager arrange for a ride to take me to breakfast while they installed it. I can't say enough how great the service is at Team One.
