DJ is an excellent salesperson. When I came in he listened to what my needs were in a truck I was searching for and it just so happen, that you had one on the lot. Everyone I met was very friendly.

In the past I did not have to bring the coupon for oil change with me. Now the “rules” have changed and without bringing in the coupon, you don’t get the discount. I don’t know if this is GM’s policy or Team One’s. It was very disappointing to not know in advance and keep the coupon I got in the mail. Poor communication prior. I have always gotten my oil changes at Team One for the last 7 years and I have purchased my vehicle and my husbands for longer than that.

After totaling my brand new car I had for only four months, Mike Preston worked hard to find virtually the same exact replacement vehicle and helped me through a stressful time. Thank you Mike!
