It had been since 2008 that I purchased a truck for myself, so I was skeptical and was dreading the whole price haggling process. Our salesperson met us in the lot and showed us a few trucks, one caught my eye so we test drove it. Came back to the office and I said give me your best price, she came back with a price and I said if you can throw running boards in so I can get in easier then we have a deal. She made that happen and they came to my house the next day and installed them on the spot. Our salesperson and her finance team worked flawlessly with my credit union and everything went smoothly. Everyone that we had met were very personable and pleasant. My wife and I live in Wisconsin, but Team One Chevrolet in Charlotte, Michigan had exactly the Corvette that we wanted. Although we were over 300 miles away, the team at Team One treated us as though we lived next door. A few days later we were driving home in our new car and couldn't be happier with the entire experience and transaction. I recently took my mother to test drive and possibly purchase a 2025 Chevy Blazer and we were quickly greeted by a younger gentleman, our salesperson. He was very polite and respectful of the fact that we already knew exactly what we were there to see and do and he was very accommodating. He directed us to the vehicles we had in mind and in a matter of only a few minutes we were headed to fuel up for a test drive. I loved the fact that he basically tossed us the keys and said have fun and see ya later with no pressure to hurry back. He wanted us to go about our day like normal to get the feel for owning it and not just test driving which I thought was a nice approach for my mom. ... There is a lot to learn with all of the new technology in today's vehicles and the fact that our salesperson truly is a "car guy" was evident as he went over every feature and function my mom and I wanted to know about as well as everything else pertinent to being able to fully and safely enjoy the driving experience. In a matter of a couple hours my mom was driving her 2025 Blazer home! I'm grateful for how quick and smooth the process went for my mom and that is thanks to our salesperson and Team One!
I got a 2025 Chevy Trax RS a few months ago, and I absolutely love it! Recently, while I was driving, a message popped up on my screen: Service Keyless Start System. It said my vehicle might have trouble communicating with the remote key and suggested scheduling service soon. It turns out that while I was babysitting and adjusting the car seat, something snapped and affected my keyless start system! Honestly, it was kind of funny to find out why this happened! But the great news is that the service crew took care of it since I have a warranty. They even treated me to a free oil change since it was the first one for my car since I got it! I am so grateful for the amazing service team. I highly recommend getting a car from Team One. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience! They made sure to answer all of my questions and reassured me that everything would be just fine. Thank you, Team One!
We had something making a squeaky noise, thought it was the brakes. My husband took it to the closer Chevy dealership and they told us the rear brakes were in bad shape and needed to be replaced immediately. I brought our truck to Team One and found out the squeak we were hearing was the water pump and the brakes front 8mm (like new they said) and the back between 5 and 6mm. The other place would have charged $1,400 for the rear brakes and two hoses almost $900.00 labor. Team One charged $1,200. We got a new water pump, new hoses, new rear seal, tire rotation and this is the third time that I'm sure of they did not do and charge us for something we did not need. I wouldn't go anywhere else.❤️
I called the service advisor and explained I had to make an emergency trip unexpectedly to attend the funeral of my brother and could he fit me in for an oil change being I was close to needing to be done and the mileage would be over due to my trip. Without hesitation he put me in for an appointment. When I arrived the service advisor was gone. But the other advisor was there and was well aware of my situation and worked me in right away between appointments. The job was done so fast I barely warmed the seat. Kudos to everyone there in service. The sales staff especially our salesperson, the finance manager and your exceptional service staff are why my wife and I will always be back and refer everyone we know to Team One Chevrolet in Charlotte, MI.
The service department went out of the way to make sure I was safe to drive back to Kansas. When they didn't have the part they set up an appointment with a place that did. Sent me with the part number so repairs went smoothly.
